Brahmaputra Grand Hotel ('Yaluzangbu' in Chinese) is the first 5-star hotel in Lhasa and also one of the most expensive hotels in Tibet. It is invested by the Chengdu Hongyang Supermarket Co. Ltd. There are about 186 rooms and suites equipped with central air-con, Tibetan and modern furniture, international and domestic calls, high-speed internet, TV, etc. It is located in the east part of Lhasa about 5 minutes drive to the downtown. The hotel houses a fully fledged museum on the second floor and on the corridors, there are also displays of Tibetan artifacts.
