The payment is consisted of two parts: Deposit and Balance. To secure your reservations, a deposit of 100USD/p.p is required. The balance amount can be paid to us after you arrive in Lhasa and meet our tour guide there or 15 days prior to your arrival.  For more information about how to make payment to us, please click here. Upon receiving the balance, an official invoice will be issued to you.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your confirmed bookings, it must be in writing (e-mail or fax) and the notification shall reach us prior to your arrival. In such case, the 100USD deposit will then be retained as the cancellation charge. Meanwhile your booking will be extended for half a year time, i.e. the 100USD/p.p deposit you paid will be included back if you travel within six months time. If you cancel part or all of your tour during traveling due to your own reasons, there will be no refund for any payment you have already made.
